Bookings become effectively valid upon payment of the deposit, which may be made by credit card online or sent to our address by postal order or by bank transfer to the following account:

Arrival
On the day of arrival, your rooms will be available from 3 pm.
Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 8 pm.
In the event of late arrival, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.

Departure
On the day of departure, please vacate your rooms by 10 am. Early departure: In the event of early departure, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.

Payment
We prefer you to pay in cash. You may, however, also settle your bill by credit card or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, EC card).

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Your deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival, but will be withheld for cancellations after this date.
Generally speaking, EU regulations governing the cancellation of travel and hotel accommodation apply. Should you cancel a stay in a hotel, arrive late or depart early, you will be billed for the whole of the period booked, or the deposit paid will be withheld. International conditions regarding cancellations apply. (Competent court: Brescia).

If you wish friends and family to be able to contact you by phone during your stay, they may call: +39 0364 900885. Calls will be diverted from reception to your room.

Internet
If you wish to use Internet, there are two options open to you. You can either use the INTERNET POINT in the foyer of the hotel, or use your own Notebook, thanks to the WI-FI Zone that covers most of the areas in our Hotel.
